Reflexology in Woodbridge

I am pleased to be offering reflexology at The Woodbridge Complementary Health Centre.

I will be available on a Thursday afternoon between 1-5pm.  A session of reflexology is £50 and approximately an hour long.

My sessions are enhanced, where appropriate, with the additional use of advanced reflexology techniques.  These include hormone balancing, reflexology lymphatic drainage (RLD) and spinal reflexology.  A particular interest of mine is helping those with anxiety and depression, mental health issues and general stress.  Reflexology has a remarkable ability to bring relief to such a range of health issues. By balancing the body’s organs and systems, my unique approach releases tension, bringing numerous positive results and prolonged health benefits.

OK, so how exactly can Reflexology help you, and how does it affect the whole body?   The important thing to remember is that reflexology treats the person as a whole, because that’s how the body works – holistically.

Clients report that, with regular sessions, they benefit from improved sleep; a calmer and more balanced mood; they enjoy better year round health with less winter illness due to an strengthened immune system and faster recovery time if they do catch anything.  To give you a taste of the types of reasons a client may visit, here’s an idea of the range of conditions my clients seek help for:

Parkinsons Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Migraines, Arthritis, Anxiety, Depression, Crisis support, Grief, Sleep problems, Asthma, Coughs and Colds, ME/Chronic fatigue, Maternity reflexology, Fertility reflexology, Menopause, Endometriosis, Cancer Care, Peripheral neuropathy, Teenage exam stress, Constipation, IBS, Urinary infections, Thyroid imbalance, Fluid retention/oedema, Sinus and congestion, Aches and pains.
