Whilst we are in the midst of the Covid19 pandemic, the effect on mental health can be challenging. Stress and anxiety symptoms can easily feel overwhelming, affecting us both physically and mentally in different ways; for example panic attacks and sleep problems have increased massively. Some clients may be feeling this undercurrent of uncertainty permeates into their daily mood where they feel on edge, for others the sense of crisis is overwhelming. I have designed a series of tailored reflexology sessions which I call Covid19 SOS sessions*, encompassing calming techniques and with a focus on quickly reducing the physical and mental effects of stress. If you are struggling with life and need some help, these sessions promote a balanced emotional state, and are designed to break the anxiety cycle and give you some much needed respite initially, but also promote long term mental and physical wellbeing.
*These are a targeted course of four weekly sessions which must be booked and paid for in advance.
