5 things that meditation taught me about parenting

This is a nice reminder of how meditation can help in so many areas of our lives, including parenting.  I’ve been using the Headspace meditation Ap for a few years now and we read here how meditation can help even with parenting.  Just 10 minutes a day is all you need, and the commitment to do it of course – and you will see benefits throughout your life in all areas.
